Returns, Reprints & Refunds

ETERNL LIFE products are made to order. ETERNL LIFE handles customer service and resolves eligible issues under this policy.

Damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect items

Email support@eternllife.com promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. For multiple affected items, include a photo showing them together. Qualifying claims receive a free reprint or refund after review. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

ETERNL Fit Promise

Need a different size?
We want you to love the way your ETERNL gear fits. If your first order isn't the right size, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help get you into the right fit. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

ETERNL LIFE will review your request and may provide a replacement size without requiring the original item to be returned when appropriate. We will confirm whether a return is needed and provide instructions before you send anything back. Please review the size guide before ordering.

Color and change of mind

The ETERNL Fit Promise does not cover wrong color selections or general change-of-mind returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons when the item matches the order and is not defective. Incorrect or defective items remain covered under the damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect items policy above. Minor print-placement variations within 0.5 inches are not considered defects.

Delivery problems

Contact us promptly if your order is missing or returned. Eligibility depends on the delivery issue and ETERNL LIFE’s review. Incorrect or incomplete addresses do not qualify for a free reprint; reshipping may require payment. We will explain the available resolution before proceeding.
